SOLÉNE MEDICAL AESTHETICS — WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: September 10, 2026
These Website Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of solenemedical.com and any related pages operated by Solene Medical, P.A., a New Jersey professional corporation doing business as Solène Medical Aesthetics ("Solène," "we," "us," or "our") (the "Website"). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms; General Use
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability, or with any other user's use of the Website.
2. Informational Purposes Only; No Medical Advice
The content on this Website — including descriptions of treatments, procedures, products, and devices — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a professional consultation, examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed provider. You should not rely on Website content to diagnose or treat any medical condition, and you should always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your individual circumstances.
3. No Provider-Patient Relationship
Use of this Website — including browsing service descriptions, submitting a contact or appointment-request form, requesting or scheduling an appointment, or communicating with our staff by email, text, or other general electronic means — does not create a provider-patient relationship and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. A provider-patient relationship is established only through an appropriate clinical encounter conducted in accordance with applicable law.
4. Medical Services Subject to Clinical Evaluation
Solène provides medical aesthetic services through Solene Medical, P.A. Prahlad Patel, M.D. serves as physician and medical director, and Purvi Patel, PA-C provides services as a physician assistant in accordance with applicable New Jersey law. Whether any service, product, or device is appropriate for you depends on an individualized clinical evaluation and the professional judgment of your provider, and is subject to contraindications, patient eligibility, the informed-consent process, and applicable law. Nothing on the Website is an offer or guarantee that any particular service is available to or appropriate for you.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Individual results from aesthetic and medical treatments vary from person to person and depend on factors unique to each patient. We do not guarantee any specific result or outcome from any procedure, product, or service, and no statement on this Website should be understood as a promise or guarantee of results.
6. Testimonials, Reviews, and Before-and-After Photographs
Any testimonials, reviews, or before-and-after photographs on this Website reflect the individual experience of the patient shown and are not a prediction or guarantee that any other person will experience the same result. Photographs of actual patients are published only with that patient's signed, advance written permission.
Where required by applicable law, testimonials concerning a specific or identifiable procedure will be accompanied by the following disclosures, displayed conspicuously with the testimonial itself:
"This procedure may not be suitable for every patient. All patients must be evaluated by a physician as to the appropriateness of performing the procedure."
"The above testimonial represents the individual's response and reaction to the procedure; however, no medical procedure is risk-free. Associated potential risks and complications should be discussed with the physician rendering this procedure."
Where any compensation has been provided to a person giving a testimonial, that fact is conspicuously disclosed with the testimonial in the following language: "COMPENSATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED FOR THIS TESTIMONIAL."
7. Medical Emergencies
This Website is not intended for use in a medical emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use the Website, a contact form, email, or text messaging to communicate a medical emergency or to seek urgent care.
8. Appointment Requests, Booking, Holding Fees, and Memberships
We offer online appointment scheduling, patient forms, payment processing, and membership enrollment through a third-party platform, Boulevard (see Section 9). When you request or book an appointment, you may be asked to provide contact information and to place a payment method on file for an appointment holding fee. The amount of any holding fee, and the terms under which it is charged, applied, refunded, or forfeited, are disclosed to you at the time of booking and are governed by our then-current booking and cancellation policy. Memberships, packages, and their pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms are governed by the separate membership terms presented to you at enrollment. Booking, cancellation, membership, package, pricing, renewal, and payment terms are governed by the applicable policies or agreements presented to you at the time of booking, purchase, or enrollment.
9. Third-Party Platforms, Websites, and Links
Scheduling, patient forms, payments, memberships, and certain communications are provided through Boulevard, and the Website is hosted on Squarespace. When you use those features, you also interact with the third-party provider's systems, and your information is handled subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Website may also contain links to independent third-party websites, including retailers through which skincare or other products may be offered. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services, pricing, fulfillment, or privacy practices of those independent third-party websites or retailers, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Purchases you make from a third-party retailer are transactions between you and that retailer, not with Solène. Your use of any independent third-party website or retailer is subject to that third party's terms and policies.
10. Electronic Communications and Marketing
By providing your email address or mobile number, you consent to receiving communications relating to your requests, appointments, forms, and account. With your consent where required by law, we may also send you marketing or promotional emails and text messages, including through Boulevard. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any service or product. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link, and out of marketing text messages by replying STOP (or as otherwise described in the message); you may continue to receive non-marketing messages relating to your appointments and account. Additional detail is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Soléne Medical Aesthetics offers text messaging to patients who opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form and/or by completing the Patient Communication Consent Form during intake.
Types of messages: Appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling updates, intake and consent forms, account notifications, responses to your inquiries and follow up. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send promotional offers and announcements, including through our scheduling platform, Boulevard.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
Opting out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You’ll receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of marketing texts won’t stop appointment-related messages unless you reply STOP to those as well.

For more information about how we handle your information, see our [Privacy Policy].
Email communications: By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails about your requests, appointments, forms, and account. With your consent, we may also send marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
11. Intellectual Property; Permitted Use
Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, images, and the "Solène" and "Solène Medical Aesthetics" names and marks — is owned by or licensed to Solène and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print Website content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Website content, or use our names, marks, or patient photographs, without our prior written permission.
12. Website Accuracy, Availability, and Changes to Content
We strive to keep Website content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or up to date, and content may be changed, supplemented, or removed at any time without notice. Pricing, promotions, service offerings, and provider availability are subject to change. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Website at any time.
13. User Submissions and Communications
Please do not submit detailed medical or sensitive health information through the Website's general contact or request forms, or through ordinary email or text message. Medical history and consent forms are collected and completed through Boulevard, not through the general Website. Information submitted through the Website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, our Notice of Privacy Practices where applicable, and applicable law. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
14. Privacy; Notice of Privacy Practices
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and describes how we collect and use information through the Website and the third-party platforms we use. Protected health information that we create, receive, maintain, or transmit in connection with healthcare services is handled in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and our Notice of Privacy Practices. These Terms and our Privacy Policy govern general use of the Website and do not limit, alter, or supersede our Notice of Privacy Practices, which controls with respect to protected health information.
15. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, the Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms disclaims any warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, Solène and its providers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. These limitations apply only to your use of the Website and do not apply to the professional medical care and treatment we provide, which is governed by separate agreements, the informed-consent process, and applicable law.
17. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms and any dispute relating to them or to your use of the Website are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any such dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
18. No Waiver of Consumer Rights; Severability
Nothing in these Terms waives or limits any right or remedy a consumer has under New Jersey law. If any provision is held void or unenforceable in the State of New Jersey, it will be modified only as needed to make it enforceable or, if it cannot be, will not apply in New Jersey, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later. No waiver of any provision is effective unless in writing.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when the revised Terms are posted on the Website, and the "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
