Here, you're a patient, not a client.
Soléne is a boutique medical aesthetics practice in Marlton, New Jersey — built exclusively around injectables and medical-grade skin treatments and skincare. No overflowing menus, no rotating providers, no pressure to do more than what's right for you.
The name Soléne is French for dignified light. It's the feeling we want every patient to carry out the door.
Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Purvi Patel — founder of Soléne Medical Aesthetics, and a board-certified Physician Assistant with over sixteen years in clinical medicine.
My path here wasn't a straight line, and I think that's exactly what makes it right. I began my career in emergency medicine, drawn to the intensity and precision the work demanded. A few years in, I found myself craving a different kind of practice — one where I could still work with my hands and solve real problems, but with more room to build lasting relationships with my patients. That search led me to medical dermatology, and from there, gradually, into aesthetics.
I still remember my first botox, filler and laser patients like it was yesterday. What started as an addition to my clinical practice became something I couldn't imagine stepping away from — the anatomy, the precision, the way a small, thoughtful adjustment could change how someone feels every time they look in the mirror.
Over the years, I've practiced on both ends of the aesthetics world: in dermatology and plastic surgery offices, where the medicine is rigorous but the experience can feel clinical and impersonal — and in medical spas, where the atmosphere is warm and inviting, but not always led by someone with real depth of clinical training. I kept waiting to find a practice that didn't ask me to choose between the two. Eventually, I stopped waiting and built it myself.
That's Soléne.
Soléne exists because I believe treating someone's face — someone's confidence — is a privilege, not a transaction. It deserves the same rigor and respect for anatomy and safety that I brought to every patient I saw in the emergency department or the dermatology clinic, whether the visit is covered by insurance or not.
We focus exclusively on injectables and medical-grade skin treatments and skin care. No overflowing menus, no pressure to do "everything" — just thoughtful, personalized treatment plans built around your goals, grounded in science, and delivered with the kind of care I'd want for my own family.
I believe aging is a privilege, not a problem to be solved. My goal isn't to stop time — it's to help you meet it with confidence, and a little more dignity than you started with.
I'd love to meet you.

At Soléne, every visit begins with listening. Not a consultation designed to upsell — a real conversation about your goals, your history, and what's made you hesitant in the past. The treatment comes after.
We believe aging is a privilege, not a problem to be solved. Our goal isn't to stop time — it's to help you move through it feeling confident and comfortable in your skin. That means restraint as much as it means skill. It means saying no to treatments that don't serve you. And it means building a plan around your face — your anatomy, your goals, your life — not a protocol pulled off a shelf.
Whether you're here for subtle maintenance or meaningful rejuvenation, you'll receive the same level of attention and care. Every single time.

Soléne is located in Marlton, New Jersey — a single, intentionally designed practice with three private treatment rooms. Warm, luminous, and understated. The kind of space that feels nothing like a doctor's office and nothing like a chain medspa. That's by design.
